Remember the major pentatonic scale? It stills gives that breadth to a solo that
eludes a player who sticks to one scale. Here we're doing Hard Trick 1 three
times in two scales. Notice how the first 7b/ ends really abruptly? I released
the pressure on the fret at the top of the bend. It gives a funky feel to the
rhythm.
